Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements and company channels (website, phone etc.)
- Creating relationships with prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Conduct thorough qualification processes to assess the viability and fit of potential leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system.
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not make an eventual purchase.
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence.
- Collaborating with account executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met. Apply and promote SENRI culture and core values at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience with Lead generation
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Must be self-motivated
