Our client Shelter Setter LTD (SSAE) is a fast-growing aluminum manufacturing company on a mission to transform the way building materials are produced and delivered across Nigeria. Shelter Setters Aluminum & Experts Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team and drive business development across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across retail and B2B channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and project managers.
• Conduct market research and generate qualified leads.
• Present, promote, and sell aluminum products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Execute and track marketing campaigns both online and offline.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Digital marketing skills are a plus.
OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
