Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales / Outdoor Marketer to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting our real estate products and services, and closing sales deals. This role requires strong communication, field marketing, and persuasive skills to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field marketing and direct sales activities to promote the company’s real estate offerings (residential, commercial, or land properties).
- Identify and approach prospective clients through outdoor marketing, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
- Organize and participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, open houses, and property tours.
- Educate clients on available property options, pricing, investment benefits, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing materials, promotional events, and follow-up on leads.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, new property developments, and real estate regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years proven experience in real estate sales or outdoor field marketing.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be target-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of real estate industry and local property markets is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and use of CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work on the field regularly and travel as required.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
