Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients across target markets.
- Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
- Develop and maintain KPI and reporting dashboards to track performance and measure success.
- Design and execute revenue growth strategies to achieve sales and marketing targets.
- Build and strengthen B2B sales relationships and partnerships to expand business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen B2B sales relationships and partnerships to expand business opportunities.
- Lead partnership development initiatives, identifying collaboration opportunities that drive growth.
- Plan and execute event marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Implement and manage marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.) to streamline campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and revenue growth roles.
- Strong track record in digital marketing, lead generation, sponsorship acquisition, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute monetization strategies.
- Strong leadership skills driving teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Must be a resident in Abuja (preferably near Asokoro).
