About the Role
As a Retail Beauty Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of HDskin’s offline presence interacting directly with customers, recommending products tailored to their skin concerns, and ensuring every visitor leaves the store more confident and informed than when they walked in.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing a warm and knowledgeable experience
- Offer personalized skincare recommendations based on customer concerns and goals
- Educate customers on ingredients, product usage, and how to build effective skincare routines
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
- Restock shelves and ensure inventory is up to date on the floor
- Handle sales transactions and packaging efficiently and accurately
- Support with in-store activations, promos, and customer engagement activities

- Passionate about skincare and knowledgeable about Korean beauty is a plus
- Excellent people skills, friendly, approachable, and confident in conversations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a retail setting
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and follow shift schedules
