Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, resolve inquiries, process exchanges, and ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Promote products, meet/exceed sales targets, and upsell effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Master product features and benefits to educate customers.
- Punctuality: Arrive by 8:30 AM
- Professionalism: Wear branded uniform, maintain neat appearance
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to support store operations.
- Initiative: Take good initiative
- Adaptability: Handle busy periods or urgent tasks with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Education: Bsc or its Equivalent
- Experience: Retail/customer service experience preferred; training provided.
- Skills: Strong communication, sales skills, adaptability, basic POS/Excel literacy.
- Attributes: Punctuality
