Candidates must:
Have a minimum of Ond.
Be Sales oriented.
Have prior or little knowledge about insurance and also ready to learn on the job.
Be comfortable working with targets
Be comfortable generating leads, attending market storms and sales location.
Previous experience at an insurance brokerage firm one is an added advantage.
