Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Hot & Cold Leads Conversion Specialist to manage, qualify, and convert incoming leads into paying clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in understanding client needs, nurturing relationships, and moving leads through the sales funnel — from initial interest to closing. You will be responsible for both hot leads (ready-to-buy prospects) and cold leads (unresponsive or early-stage prospects), using a combination of personalised follow-ups, structured outreach campaigns, and CRM tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Hot Leads Management
Respond promptly to incoming qualified leads and enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Conduct needs assessments to match prospects with the right products or services.
Present proposals, negotiate, and close sales with high conversion rates.
Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings, product demos, or property tours.
Cold Leads Engagement
Reconnect with dormant or unresponsive leads through targeted campaigns.
Craft persuasive and personalised messages to reignite interest.
Maintain consistent, value-driven touchpoints to gradually warm up cold leads.
Track engagement metrics to adjust outreach strategies.
General Sales & Admin
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation campaigns.
Provide feedback on lead quality and trends to management.
Meet and exceed monthly conversion and activity targets.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

Experience in real estate, financial services, or high-value products (preferred but not mandatory).
