Position: Community Manager (Fully Remote)
Location: Lagos
Salary: #40,000 Monthly
Role Overview:
As a Community Manager at Imagine STEM Academy, you will be responsible for managing all communication channels, including calls, emails, and chats. You will also play a key role in creating and curating content for our social media platforms, with a focus on producing engaging videos that showcase our programs, events, and student achievements. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats from students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Create and curate content for social media platforms, including videos, graphics, and written posts.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote Imagine STEM Academy's programs, events, and initiatives.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages, and respond accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, stories, and updates for social media posts and videos.
- Utilize analytics and insights to track, measure and provide well informed reports.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in managing calls, emails, and chats using communication tools and platforms.
- Experience creating and editing videos for social media, with knowledge of video editing software and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Smart phone with a good camera for capturing high-quality videos and content.
- Prior experience in communications, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
