Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Lagos. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, providing tailored financial advice, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services, and supporting clients in achieving their financial goals. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments are also essential to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Customer Needs Assessment, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Business Development and Financial Advice skills
- Knowledge of Banking Products and Services
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
