Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment department at our new office in Abraham Adesanya, Lekki. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will reside in the Ajah-Lekki axis of Lagos State and have 3–5 years of verifiable experience as a recruitment consultant in the oil and gas sector, with expertise in outsourcing, labor supply, contract, and permanent recruitment. This role involves leading the recruitment team, interfacing with clients, overseeing training and licensing at our state-of-the-art facilities, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor regulations and industry standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and supervise all recruitment staff, ensuring high performance and professional development, with all staff reporting directly to you. Report directly to the CEO on recruitment strategies, progress, and departmental performance.
Recruitment & Client Engagement:
- Draft and advertise job descriptions (JDs) on our website and other platforms.
- Shortlist candidates, coordinate client interviews, prepare offer letters, and manage onboarding processes.
- Actively engage with current and potential clients, including cold-calling and following up to secure new business opportunities. Respond to Invitations to Tender (ITTs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for training and recruitment tenders.
Training & Licensing Oversight:
- Oversee training, testing, and licensing of heavy-duty drivers, technicians, and skilled laborers at our training center in Ibeju-Lekki.
- Manage operations of our newly fabricated confined space training simulator and training facility at the Dangote Refinery area. Ensure candidates meet certification standards (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, City & Guilds, ISPON, National Safety Council).
Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge:
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, including pension, ITF, NSITF, and NUPRC/DPR recruitment permits.
- Maintain adherence to Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) local content requirements. Hold and manage a valid recruiter’s permit from the Federal Ministry of Labour.
Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance for all candidates. Oversee candidate screening, including equipment tests and medical checks.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3–5 years of verifiable experience as a recruitment consultant in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record in outsourcing, labour supply, contract, and permanent recruitment for oil and gas clients.
- In-depth understanding of Nigerian labour laws, recruiters’ permit requirements, and compliance with ITF, NSITF, NUPRC/DPR permits, and pension regulations.
- Familiarity with Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) local content guidelines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience overseeing a recruitment team.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills for engaging with current and prospective clients.
- Proficiency in drafting JDs, advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to respond to ITTs, RFQs, and EOIs with precision and professionalism.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently while reporting to the CEO.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to HSE standards and candidate welfare. Must reside in the Ajah-Lekki axis of Lagos State.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000 Monthly (based on experience)
