Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of the Genesis Club's projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
b Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Project Execution: Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
3. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including co-founders, team members, and external partners.
4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
5. Progress Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to co-founders and stakeholders.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar context.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
