Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, guarantor checks, and staff enforcement across multiple LPG stations. Must be independent, disciplined, and familiar with Lagos/Ogun.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring across all station roles
- Develop and implement onboarding procedures to standardise new staff integration
- Verify and manage guarantor documentation to ensure all staff meet compliance requirements
- Monitor staff adherence to company policies, including attendance, conduct, and shift structure
- Liaise with station managers and staff to resolve HR issues and enforce operational discipline
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Conduct periodic field visits to stations for HR compliance checks and onboarding supervision
- Track and report on recruitment performance metrics tied to hiring speed and documentation accuracy
- Support internal communication between management and station staff for HR-related matters Enforce proper offboarding and exit documentation for staff leaving the company
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field (Preferred: B.Sc or B.A in the same fields)
- 2+ years of practical experience in HR operations or recruitment roles
- Specific skills: Recruitment & Interviewing, HR Documentation & Record-Keeping, Policy Enforcement, Report Writing & Analysis, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR Software, Communication with Field Staff, Understanding of Nigerian Labour Practices
- Soft skills: Discipline & Integrity, Independence, Attention to Detail, Emotional Intelligence, Problem-Solving, Time Management, Confidentiality
- Optional: CIPM Nigeria (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management) – full or student member Optional: Any HR-related certification in recruitment, compliance or labour law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc/B.A.) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field (Note: HND holders with strong HR experience will still be considered).
- 2 – 4 years proven experience in core HR operations or recruitment roles, preferably in a multi-branch or FMCG/logistics/retail environment.
- Familiarity with Nigerian labour laws, HR documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and policy enforcement.
- Experience managing recruitment processes independently, including job postings, screening, interviews, and staff placement.
- Field coordination or branch HR oversight experience is a strong advantage, especially if they’ve worked with teams across different physical locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word), with ability to prepare and manage HR reports and documentation. NYSC discharge certificate, where applicable.

Location: Office-based in Olowora, Berger (HQ relocating to Omole Phase 2)
Remuneration: NGN 170,000 – 200,000
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
