Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to clients with outstanding loan balances to remind and encourage repayment.
- Follow up consistently through calls, SMS, or other channels to ensure recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications and repayment statuses.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues regarding repayment plans professionally.
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors where necessary.
- Achieve individual and team recovery targets.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support the loan management process. Be available to work on weekends when required.
Requirements:
- Proximity to Ikeja
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be computer literate
- Be willing to work weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Own a smartphone.
