Job Position: Recovery / Collection Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Requirements
- Minimum of OND.
- Proven experience as a debt collector
- Ability to work with performance targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legal guidelines and recovery procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, politeness, and empathy in client interactions
Work Schedule:
- Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Break Period: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
- Work Days: Shift system (5 days a week)
