Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited - Our client is a highly diversified group and currently has its office at Ogba in Lagos. They currently run a fully accredited Polytechnic.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Description

• Towards enhancing operational performances, Our client urgently desires the services of a Receptionist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all students, staff and visitors in a polite, friendly, professional manner.
• Co-ordinate safe entrance and exits of all students, staff and visitors, at all entrance doors ensuring they are signed in and out and that no unauthorized person gains access.
• Deal with enquiries relating to matters connected with the day to day running of the Institution , including liaising with every departments
• Use the telephone to make/check transport and other arrangements as required.
• Interact with students with learning difficulties/disabilities sensitively and flexibly.
• Maintain information in a confidential manner.
• Maintain an up to date record of escort and transport contact details.
• To handle office diaries.
• To liaise with other Heads of Learning Centre as necessary.
• To monitor general stock levels and stationery.
• Use and input Student information onto the Polytechnic MIS.
• Sign for, check and distribute deliveries/post.
• Support the administrative team with general administrative duties as directed by the Head of Learning Centre, e.g. minute meetings, petty cash forms, letters.
• To carry out all duties in accordance School policies.
• To attend any mandatory training as requested
• To carry out other such similar duties that may be reasonably required by the Head of Learning Centre, or by the Principal/Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 5 years of experience.
