✅ What You'll Be Doing
CRM & Reporting
- Keep Salesforce/HubSpot clean and optimized
- Build dashboards and automated reports for leadership
- Track key metrics: pipeline health, conversion rates, team performance
Process Improvement
- Streamline workflows from lead to close
- Create sales forecasts and support quota planning Coordinate between sales, marketing, and customer success
Who You Are
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years in sales operations or business analysis (not just general admin work)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise - pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling required
- Hands-on CRM experience managing Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive systems
- Proven track record creating sales reports and analyzing performance metrics
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify process inefficiencies and solutions
- Excellent communication skills - can present complex data insights to leadership clearly
- Data visualization tools experience (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- B2B sales environment background supporting sales teams directly
- Sales forecasting and pipeline management experience
- Cross-functional project coordination between sales/marketing/success teams Previous experience working in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) companies, with understanding of subscription models, customer lifecycle management, and scalable technology solutions
