About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and client-oriented Realtor to join our growing team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will specialize in the leasing and sales of residential and commercial properties, serving clients across high-demand neighborhoods including Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and beyond. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, list, and market properties for lease or sale across Lagos.
- Conduct site inspections and property tours with clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of exclusive property listings.
- Liaise with property owners, developers, and clients to negotiate lease or sale terms.
- Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, and property sourcing.
- Provide market insight and property valuations to clients.
- Prepare property documents and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Follow up with clients and prospects, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to promote listings via social media, online listings, and offline strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate leasing and/or sales, preferably in Lagos.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Lagos real estate markets and neighborhoods.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, real estate listing platforms, and MS Office.
- Must be based in Lagos and able to travel for property inspections.
- Minimum of an OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Must have a smartphone, laptop, and access to the internet.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of luxury real estate marketing.
- Ability to create property content (photos, videos, captions).
- Familiarity with property documentation processes in Nigeria.
- A valid real estate license (if applicable) is a plus.
