- We are expanding our operations and seeking experienced and ambitious individuals to join us as Sales Unit Managers and Sales Advisors.
- 1. Sales Unit Managers (Full-Time Role)
- Compensation:
- Monthly salary: ₦70,000 – ₦100,000
- 10% commission on every sale
- Requirements:
- A degree or its equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in sales (experience in real estate is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and result-oriented.
- 2. Sales Advisors (Commission-Based Role)
- Compensation:
- Earn 10% – 15% commission per sale
- Flexible work schedule
- Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND or its equivalent.
- Strong passion for sales and marketing.
- Good communication skills and ability to close deals.
