JOB SUMMARY
This role reports to the Head of Finance or General Manager. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Assurance Manager to ensure accurate and complete revenue capture across our cinema and quick service restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial control, POS data analysis, and retail or hospitality revenue systems. This role plays a key part in identifying revenue leakages, improving processes, and safeguarding company earnings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Monitor and reconcile daily sales from all cinemas and QSR outlets (tickets, food, beverages, merchandise).
▪ Investigate discrepancies between POS records, inventory, and actual bank deposits.
▪ Analyze promotions, discounts, and voucher redemptions to ensure proper usage and system configuration.
▪ Conduct routine audits on cash handling, ticketing, and food sales processes.
▪ Collaborate with operations and IT to fix pricing errors, system glitches, and reporting gaps.
▪ Track inventory against sales to identify losses from theft, waste, or fraud.
▪ Develop and enforce internal control procedures for revenue assurance.
▪ Generate periodic reports and dashboards showing revenue trends, leakages, and resolution status.
▪ Train staff on accurate transaction recording, system use, and compliance with revenue procedures.
▪ Assist in implementing automated tools and reports to strengthen revenue assurance efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪ Minimum of 3 to 6 years’ experience in revenue assurance, financial audit, internal control, or similar roles.
▪ Previous experience in hospitality, QSR, cinema, or retail environments is a strong advantage.
▪ Strong knowledge of POS systems, reconciliations, and inventory management.
▪ High attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skills.
▪ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with operations, finance, and IT teams.
▪ Proficient in Excel; experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
