  • The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets.
  • The role involves promoting residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, and providing professional advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • The executive will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Promote and market available properties to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Assist clients with legal, financial, and documentation processes related to property sales.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated with real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to execute sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in real estate sales or property management.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good knowledge of local property market and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
