Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for daily real estate sales activities, including client interactions, property showings, negotiations, and closing sales. The agent will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about market trends and property values. Additionally, the role involves responding to inquiries, preparing sales documentation, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Sales experience and a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and property values
• Excellent Sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
