Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Ibadan. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for daily tasks such as advising clients on property purchases, conducting property tours, and negotiating property deals. The Consultant will also be involved in property sales, marketing, and providing training and support to clients regarding real estate investments. Additionally, they will maintain a thorough understanding of the property market and trends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Proven Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with local property laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
