Job Summary
Soyebo and Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Estate Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property valuation, real estate management, and market research, with the ability to independently build and maintain a comprehensive database of available properties. This role requires excellent communication and reporting skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections, valuations, and market appraisals.
- Build, manage, and regularly update a database of available properties for sale or lease.
- Prepare professional reports, proposals, and market analysis for clients.
- Liaise with property owners, clients, and other stakeholders to source and market properties.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements in line with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate property and client records.
- Work independently to meet set targets while contributing to team goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Estate Management or related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., NIESV membership) preferred.
- Minimum [X] years’ relevant experience in estate surveying or real estate.
- Proven ability to build and manage property databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Remuneration: Competitive, based on experience. Commission based incentives also encouraged
