About the Role
We are seeking Customer Support Specialists with a QA Engineer mindset .
Important: This role requires fluent spoken English with a neutral, British, or American accent for professional, global customer interactions.
This is not only a support position but also a technical quality-oriented role —approaching customer problems like a QA engineer: reproducing issues, testing scenarios, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support in fluent English (British/American accent required) via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and replicate issues with a QA/test approach , providing clear documentation of steps.
- Escalate validated bugs and feature requests to QA and Engineering teams.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to product and process improvements .
- Maintain structured knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure both technical accuracy and customer empathy in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Accent Requirement: Fluent spoken English with a neutral, British, or American accent .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, preferably with QA/testing exposure.
- Ability to think like an engineer : systematic problem breakdown, reproducibility, and documentation.
- Prior experience in customer or technical support is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and QA tools (Zendesk, Jira, etc.) preferred.
- Patience, professionalism, and clarity in high-pressure customer situations.
