We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Property Sales Manager to lead our sales team. In this onsite, full-time role, you'll be instrumental in driving property sales, sourcing high-quality listings, and developing our sales consultants. You'll work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, at our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader with deep real estate market knowledge to make a significant impact on our sales performance and contribute to our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Source high-quality property listings in prime locations, including Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and Ibeju-Lekki.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Train and mentor junior sales consultants on best practices for property sourcing, effective presentation techniques, and strong negotiation skills.
- Ensure all team members are proficient in digital sales strategies and client engagement via platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve agreed-upon monthly property sales targets.
- Coordinate timely property inspections with a focus on minimizing cancellations.
- Submit comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports to the MD/Director of Sales.
- Ensure all scheduled inspections are diligently documented and followed up within 24 hours.
Goals for this Role
Short-term Goals
- Successfully source and supervise the sourcing of verified properties monthly in core locations.
- Achieve and maintain a lead-to-deal conversion rate of 10-20% from initial inquiries to closed deals.
Long-term Goals
- Maintain at least an 80% team activity rate (calls, follow-ups, inspections) to ensure consistent engagement and productivity.
- Continuously enhance team capabilities and expand our portfolio of high-value properties.

- 3+ years in a relevant sales management or senior sales role within the real estate sector.

- In-depth Real Estate Market Knowledge: Extensive understanding of property markets, particularly in Lagos (Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ibeju-Lekki).
- Property Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and secure quality property listings.
- Digital Sales Strategy: Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms, including WhatsApp and Instagram, for client engagement and sales.
