Experienced engineers with a background in fibre optic networks and ready to work in Lagos, Nigeria.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Resource will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the fiber optic network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and reliable high-speed internet access for residential and business customers.

Cable Installation – Trenching fibre path, man-hole construction, Installation of fiber optic cables, ensuring proper splicing, termination, and testing.

Equipment Installation - Install and configure FTTH equipment, such as optical network terminals (ONTs) and optical line terminals (OLTs).

Testing and Commissioning - Perform rigorous testing and commissioning of the FTTH network using power tester and OTDR to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Clearing Snags/Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve technical issues with the FTTH network, ensuring minimal service disruptions.

Documentation - Maintain detailed records of the FTTH network infrastructure, including cable routes, equipment configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
