We are an early-stage startup building a modern, scalable web application using Next.js and other cutting-edge technologies. We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our development lifecycle.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to drive clarity, deliver features on time, and help turn vision into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the full web app development cycle
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks
- Track progress and resolve blockers with the development team
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide regular updates
- Ensure product quality through structured testing and feedback loops
- Help prioritize the product roadmap based on impact and feasibility
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years of experience managing web development projects
- Strong understanding of modern web stacks (e.g., Next.js, APIs, databases)
- Experience using Agile or Scrum project management methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, Notion, GitHub Projects, or similar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced startup setting
- Bonus: Experience working with small remote dev teams or startups
