We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the supermarket’s bakery, deli, and food production units, ensuring high-quality output, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily food production operations.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and hygiene in all production processes.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and production supplies.
- Train, supervise, and schedule production staff.
- Monitor costs, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Generate production reports and support management decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Food Science, Production Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in food production, preferably in retail/supermarket.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
