About The Company

We are building cutting-edge AI-powered solutions to transform the property market. We are seeking a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn vision into reality. You’ll join our growing team to take ownership of key product initiatives, from discovery through to delivery and iteration. This is an exciting role for someone who is hands-on, highly collaborative, and can hit the ground running with prior experience in tech or startups.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and leadership to define and prioritise features.
- Translate user needs, market insights, and business goals into clear product requirements.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company strategy.
- Define KPIs and use data to drive decisions, measure impact, and iterate.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups with a clear bias toward action. Identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery of product features.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
- Proven ability to ship and scale digital products in fast-moving teams.
- Strong user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value quickly.
- Experience with agile methodologies, product discovery, and roadmapping tools.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working remotely, independently, and proactively. Desirable: Experience working on SaaS, marketplaces, or AI-powered platforms.
