Position: Product/Brand Manager
Location: Hybrid (Chevron Lekki, Lagos).
Salary: ₦100,000/month
Type: Full-time
Role Overview
You will be responsible for shaping and guiding in-house and client-facing products from ideation to visibility. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and Executives to advance products. You’ll be expected to think critically about customer experience, product messaging, visual storytelling, documentation, visibility, and positioning, across both internal platforms and social-facing channels.
This is not a job for someone waiting to be told what to do. It’s for someone who can lead an idea, run with it, shape it into something tangible, and iterate quickly based on real-world signals.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Execution
- Drive product lifecycle: roadmap, development, testing, release, and iteration
- Collaborate daily with developers to ensure feature clarity, scope, and feasibility
- Act as a communication bridge between engineering, design, and business
- Define product KPIs and monitor performance
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features and behavior
- Brand & Communication Oversight
- Lead branding efforts for in-house and client products
- Work with graphic designers to shape and evolve the visual identity
- Define voice, tone, and positioning for new and existing products
- Design and execute visibility strategies across digital platforms
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Serve as the single point of accountability between teams
- Translate technical decisions into business implications for stakeholders
- Coordinate timelines, scope changes, and backlog prioritization
- Documentation & Research
- Prepare launch plans, visibility reports, and competitor analysis
- Document feature requirements and flowcharts for design and development
- Research industry benchmarks, trends, and audience behavior Present findings and recommendations clearly
What Success Looks Like in 60 Days
- You’ve established working relationships with developers, designers, and executives
- You’ve taken ownership of a few products and driven them forward
- You’ve created visibility plans and seen traction in two or more channels
- You’ve shipped updates or improved documentation on existing products You’ve started to implement lightweight brand systems or guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in product, design, & brand communication roles
- Clear communication, especially when bridging creative and technical teams
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with incomplete data
- Strong writing, research, and documentation skills (not just visual brand)
- Proven track record working with developers, designers, and marketers
- Critical thinker with an ability to balance speed and quality Someone who’s organized and structured, but not rigid
