Job Description/Requirements
We’re seeking a Retail/Brand Manager to lead daily operations at our flagship store, drive performance, and deliver a consistently exceptional brand experience. This role combines retail management, sales leadership, team development, and brand representation.
Key Responsibility
Retail Operations
- Manage daily operations of the flagship store.
- Supervise sales staff and uphold excellent customer service.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
- Oversee inventory, product replenishment, and store logistics.
Sales & Performance
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to refine strategy.
- Lead initiatives to boost footfall and customer retention.
- Plan and execute in-store events and activations.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and motivate the retail team.
- Conduct performance reviews and team coaching.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
Brand Representation
- Deliver an elevated in-store experience that reflects our brand.
- Represent the brand’s mission, values, and story.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and customer engagement. Gather and act on customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in retail or brand management (preferably luxury/fashion).
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Strong sales and retail performance management abilities.
- Passion for African fashion, craftsmanship, and storytelling. Proficiency in POS systems, ERP inventory software, and Google Workspace.
