Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Presales Engineer. The role is located in Lagos, but allows flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, working with the sales team on presales activities, integrating IT solutions into client environments, and ensuring security measures are met. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, developing technical solutions, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and assisting the sales team with technical queries.

• Experience in Presales activities and Sales support
• Integration and implementation skills
• IT Infrastructure Skills
• Knowledge of OEM
• IT Security skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, PMP) are a plus
