Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair of diesel engines, generators, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Monitor and improve planned maintenance programs.
- Manage repair budgets and control costs.
- Lead and mentor technical teams. Ensure compliance with safety policies and conduct risk assessments.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering.
- Certificate of competency Class 1 NCV or Class 2 unlimited.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant workshop experience on the role.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge.
