Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing, packaging, and dispensing medications.
• Maintain accurate patient records, prescription information, and inventory logs.
• Provide guidance and support to patients regarding prescription pick-up and basic medication use under pharmacist supervision.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Manage inventory by checking stock levels, organizing supplies, and assisting in reordering.
• Process billing, insurance claims, and maintain accurate payment records.
• Support daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive patient interactions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Pharmacy Technician certification.
• A valid certification or license as a Pharmacy Technician
• Previous experience working in a hospital or retail pharmacy is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and billing tasks.
