We’re seeking an intelligent, presentable, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, confidential, and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans
- Handle confidential documentation and communications
- Follow up on tasks, meetings, and deliverables
- Assist with project coordination and admin tasks
- Support CEO in personal and professional errands
Requirements
- 2–3 years prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- Strong emotional intelligence, tact, and discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Social media savvy is a plus
- Extremely organized, punctual, and proactive
- Lives within or around Abraham Adesanya for accessibility
