Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Oniru, Lagos.
Salary: N130,000 to N150,000
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and manage day-to-day activities to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. This role requires a reliable individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including calls, emails, and messages.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies.
- Conduct research, compile data, and handle special projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
