1. Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the CEO schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- Handle request and queries appropriately.
- Screening and directing phone calls.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
2. Meeting and Event Coordination
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up materials.
- Act as point of contact between CEO and clients.
- Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
3. Travel Management
- Arrange complex travel plans and itineraries; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
- Ensure the CEO have all necessary documents and information for business trips.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
4. Project Management
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
