Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on People and Growth Lead to drive our talent acquisition, performance culture, and team development efforts. This role is not a traditional HR function—it is designed for a dynamic individual who can align people strategies directly with business outcomes such as sales growth, operational excellence, and team retention.
You will be responsible for building a strong performance-driven culture, supporting recruitment across sales, tech, and operations, and driving people initiatives that support scale and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy: Build and maintain a proactive recruitment pipeline for sales, operations, and technical teams.
- Growth-Driven Hiring: Lead recruitment processes focused on hiring talent that aligns with sales, partner success, and retention goals.
- Culture Development: Shape and nurture a culture focused on agility, continuous learning, ownership, and collaboration.
- Performance Management: Establish structured goals, feedback systems, and career growth frameworks across departments.
- Franchise & Field Support: Partner with franchise and field leaders to enhance team structure, performance, and productivity.
- Learning & Development: Create and implement onboarding and skill-building programs to increase team effectiveness and reduce churn.
- HR Operations: Manage employee contracts, policies, compliance, and employee relations issues.
- People Analytics: Leverage HR data to inform hiring, promotions, performance reviews, and team planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or growth-focused talent roles.
- Proven experience in performance management , sales recruitment , and team development .
- Background in tech startups , insurance , FMCG , telecom , or other high-growth, sales-oriented industries.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HR systems, metrics tracking, and labor law compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience, especially within FMCG, telecom, or insurance sectors.
- Experience supporting distributed or franchise-based teams.
- Familiarity with purpose-driven or impact-focused organizations.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPM , SHRM , or HRCI .
