Job Overview
As our Partner Engagement Associate, you’ll work directly with the CEO to help identify,
map, and engage those future partners. This includes both B2B and B2C prospects —
consultancies, agencies, system integrators, and businesses undergoing transformation.
You’ll also co-manage Enbros’ LinkedIn presence, ensuring we’re not only seen, but actively
sparking conversations that turn into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Mapping & Market Research
- Identify high-potential partners — from consulting firms to small businesses with
platform needs.
- Research decision-makers and influencers using LinkedIn and online tools.
- Build and maintain structured profiles to guide outreach efforts.
Pipeline & CRM Enablement
- Track all partner interactions and opportunities systematically.
- Support the development of CRM workflows in Bwana, our internal platform.
- Ensure up-to-date records of conversations, actions, and engagement status.
Outreach, Engagement & Opportunity Activation
- Craft and coordinate outbound messages — tailored and high-impact.
- Prepare briefing notes before meetings and follow up promptly after.
- Support the CEO in building momentum across early-stage relationships.
- Co-manage the Enbros LinkedIn page with the Media Manager.
- Schedule content, respond to engagement, and interact with the network.
Campaign Insights & Content Feedback
- Build dashboards to measure performance across outreach and content.
- Report regularly on what's working and where there’s potential to improve.
- Translate content engagement into actionable sales or partner signals. Identify promising interactions for follow-up or conversion into meetings
Essential Skills & Experience
- Research skills and the ability to turn data into actionable partner insights.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform for professional engagement and brand
presence.
- Excellent written English and a keen eye for tone, detail, and positioning.
- Structured, proactive mindset — you’re someone who builds systems, not chaos.
- Willingness to work closely with senior leadership and adapt priorities as the
business evolves.
- Experience in stakeholders engagement and management
Bonus if you have
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft solutions, SaaS platforms, or the consulting landscape.
- Interest in digital transformation, AI, or platform engineering.
- Experience in writing for business or helping shape brand narratives.
