Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage quarterly training school calendars and cycles.
- Attend physical and online meetings with corporate partners, training collaborators, and potential training sponsors.
- Draft business Proposals and support the execution of partnership agreements, MOUs, and shared project deliverables.
- Maintain accurate follow-up communication and timelines post-meetings.
- Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables across DevRecruit’s recruitment products.
- Monitor and track the progress of product and training development projects.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of employer-focused recruitment events and job fairs.
- Submit weekly and monthly activity reports Maintain records of meetings, project timelines, and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
