Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, logistics, communication, and documentation for the December 2025 community outreach
• Follow up with donors, stakeholders, and community contacts to ensure seamless engagement
• Support social media management, email communication, and light website updates for the foundation and business
• Manage scheduling, staffing issues, and client relationships for Celias Cleaning Services
• Identify new service opportunities and support business development efforts
• Ensure service quality through regular check-ins and weekly site visits to cleaning locations for inspection
• Represent the Managing Director at in-person meetings and proposal deliveries when required
• Provide timely updates, reports, and follow-through on assigned deliverables
Be available for occasional weekend assignments, especially around events or peak activity periods

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Confident use of digital tools for virtual collaboration
• Professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
• Presentation skills and attention to detail are preferred
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Previous experience in operations, client management, or nonprofit support
• Social media fluency and basic website familiarity
• Must be mobile and willing to travel locally as needed
• Familiarity with NGOs, CSR, or service-oriented businesses is an advantage
• Fluency in English (Yoruba is a plus)
