Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and coordinate project execution, logistics, and field operations.
- Monitor and improve processes, systems, and workforce productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and HSE.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years’ proven experience in operations within the oil & gas or oil servicing sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline. Relevant certifications are a plus.
