We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Apartment Operations:


  • Oversee all aspects of apartment management, including guestsrelations, move-ins/outs, rent collection.
  • Ensure property upkeep and maintenance.
  • Enforce building rules, health and safety codes, and handle guests complaints or emergencies promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain security systems and building access protocols.
  • Prepare reports on guests, maintenance, revenue, and expenses.

Restaurant Operations:

  • Supervise restaurant daily operations including kitchen, service staff, inventory, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with local health codes.
  • Manage supplier relationships and control food and beverage inventory.
  • Monitor customer service standards and handle guest complaints or feedback.
  • Collaborate with the chef/restaurant manager to plan menus, promotions, and events.

Administrative & Financial Oversight:

  • Prepare and manage budgets for both property and restaurant.
  • Track financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Oversee staffing, hiring, training, and scheduling for both the apartment and restaurant teams.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to improve effectiveness and service quality.

Leadership & Coordination:

  • Serve as the central point of coordination between property management, restaurant team, maintenance, and ownership.
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure team alignment with service and performance goals.
  • Organize regular team meetings and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Property Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within hospitality or apartment sectors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of building systems, leasing processes, and food service regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing apartment or hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hospitality background with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Conflict resolution and crisis management abilities.
