About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and customer-focused Operations Lead to manage and improve the daily operations of our restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, efficient workflows, team coordination, and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Lead and support team members to ensure high performance and morale
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Track operational metrics and suggest improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
