About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee and support the daily operations of Folixx Hospitality. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment and is passionate about ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and support kitchen and service staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Track sales, analyze daily reports, and ensure proper documentation of operational records.
- Assist with scheduling and shift planning for staff to optimize efficiency and coverage.
- Handle minor customer complaints and escalate major issues appropriately.
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Support the management team in training new staff and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Contribute to process improvements and provide input on strategies to improve customer experience and operational flow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or food service environment.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS technology is an advantage.
- Must be organized, proactive, and results-driven.
