General Conditions
- Remuneration: N150,000-N250,000 (Monday-Friday)
- Commission per event.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an events and operations coordinator who will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing events from start to finish. This person will work closely with the creative director, clients, and vendors to make sure every detail is handled with care and every event runs smoothly.
This role requires a strong planner and a natural problem solver, with a passion for delivering seamless and stylish events.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative director to plan and deliver exceptional events tailored to client needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event process.
- Lead client consultations to understand vision, goals, and logistics.
- Create and manage detailed timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
- Coordinate vendor sourcing, communication, and negotiations to stay within budget and uphold quality.
- Handle procurement of materials, rentals, and supplies needed for each event.
- Maintain and track inventory of décor, equipment, and event tools.
- Keep organised records of each event, including feedback, expenses, and vendor contacts.
- Contribute to team brainstorming, proposals, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure all event details align with client expectations and the company’s brand standards.
- Maintain internal calendars and oversee smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and event insurance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2– 3 years of proven experience in event planning and/or operations (weddings, birthdays, bridal showers, etc)
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
