Responsibility
-Oversee and manage daily operation tasks and ensure effective store operation.
- coordinate with the production team to maintain availability of inventory use for production e.g Fabrics, sewing materials and other tools that require replacement.
-coordinate the production team to ensure client outfits are made to specification and ready as at when due.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all tools and equipment for daily operation.
- Handle logistics both way either sending customers outfits or receiving packages from customers.
- Supervise all other departments under operations.
- Create or come up with a budget, manage cost and manage staff by ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
– Minimum of 2-3 years work experience
-Candidate must reside in/around Yaba
– Proven track record of managing daily operations.
– Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments and projects.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and other team members.
– Customer service orientation with a focus on enhancing clients satisfaction.
– Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and improve efficiency.
– Knowledgeable about fashion
– Proficiency in the use of software and other technology tools.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
