Location: Mushin, Lagos
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 Monthly (Negotiable based on competence)
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Summary:
A reputable company in Mushin, Lagos is seeking an experienced and capable Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate must be reliable, independent, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and ensure targets are met
Coordinate with internal teams to improve workflow and productivity
Develop and implement effective operational strategies
Monitor performance and prepare detailed reports for management
Handle logistics, inventory, and vendor relations
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience in operations or general management
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to manage a team and work without constant supervision
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
Must be results-driven and proactive in identifying solutions
Candidates living within or around Mushin are preferred
