- The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless delivery of healthcare products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all operational activities across departments
- Ensure timely distribution and availability of health products and diagnostics
- Develop and implement efficient systems, SOPs, and KPIs to drive productivity
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support growth targets
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control across operations
- Monitor budgets, resources, and inventory to reduce wastage and maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management (preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors)
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and regulatory standards
- Results-oriented with a passion for impactful healthcare delivery.
Salary
N350,000 Monthly.
